Who runs this place?

Welcome. I’ve had my hands in clay off and on for over 35 years. At one point, we had an entire pottery in our basement and Jane and I did arts and crafts shows squeezed in between teaching duties.

Life took us in other directions and the pottery sat idle for a long time. When we downsized, we donated the whole thing to a girls school in Tennessee. Naturally, right after that, I got the itch to do pottery again and took some classes at the local art museum.

As things evolved, just about the time I retired from teaching music in the Lafayette School Corporation, Jane and I started teaching the pottery classes at the Art Museum of Greater Lafayette.

I'm a pretty good technician and can make most anything you might be interested in. Right now I'm trying to develop an artistic side. Most of what I do is pottery, but I do occasionally work with other media.
